Ingredients
- 1 3/4 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 oz evaporated milk
- 3/4 oz cream of coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 oz white, añejo or spiced Puerto Rican rum
- 2 cinnamon sticks
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream of coconut, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg. Simmer, stirring constantly, then remove from heat and let cool.
- Stir in the Puerto Rican rum.
- Transfer the mixture to a sealable bottle and add 2 cinnamon sticks. Seal and refrigerate.
- Serve the cocktail over ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish each glass with 2 cinnamon sticks.
