Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 tablespoon gold rum
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/16 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a small dish, soak the raisins in just enough rum to cover, about 1 tablespoon. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Combine the coconut cream, coconut milk, evaporated milk, and condensed milk in a blender.
  3. Add the soaked raisins (with the rum), ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and freshly ground nutmeg to the blender.
  4. Blend until the raisins are fully incorporated and no bits remain.
  5. Pour the mixture into a glass container and chill for at least 1 hour.
