Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 tablespoon gold rum
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons condensed milk
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/16 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
Instructions
- In a small dish, soak the raisins in just enough rum to cover, about 1 tablespoon. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Combine the coconut cream, coconut milk, evaporated milk, and condensed milk in a blender.
- Add the soaked raisins (with the rum), ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and freshly ground nutmeg to the blender.
- Blend until the raisins are fully incorporated and no bits remain.
