Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz Orange Juice
  • 0.50 oz Triple Sec
  • 1 oz Milk
  • 1 Rosemary Sprig (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pour room temperature milk into a large measuring glass.
  2. In a small measuring glass, mix together gin, simple syrup, lemon juice, orange juice, and Triple Sec.
  3. Slowly add the gin punch into the large measuring glass filled with milk.
  4. Watch as the liquid curdles and the milk solids separate and rise to the top of the mixture.
  5. Strain the punch through a sieve, then pass the strained liquid through a coffee filter, discarding the filter filled with milk solids.
  6. Pour the clarified milk punch into a cocktail glass filled with ice and serve garnished with a rosemary sprig.
