Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • 1/4 oz. Green Chartreuse
  • 3/4 oz. lime juice
  • 1 1/2 oz. Matusalem Clasico Rum
  • Miller High Life (to add at the bottom and as a side sipper)
  • Lime wheel (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker tin, add the simple syrup, lime juice, Green Chartreuse, and rum.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust the flavors as needed.
  3. Fill a Collins glass with 4 ice cubes and add a splash of Miller High Life to the bottom; set aside.
  4. Add 3 ice cubes to the shaker tin and shake the mixture.
  5. Taste the cocktail again and adjust the flavors if necessary.
  6. Strain the cocktail into the prepared Collins glass.
  7. Serve the remaining Miller High Life in a separate glass alongside the cocktail.
  8. Garnish with a lime wheel.
