Ingredients

  • 1.70 oz quality vodka
  • 1 clementine or 1/2 a pomegranate
  • Soda water
  • 1 cinnamon stick (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with a handful of ice cubes.
  2. Pour the vodka over the ice.
  3. Squeeze in the juice of the clementine or measure and add 1.7 oz of fresh pomegranate juice.
  4. Top up the glass with soda water.
