- 1.50 oz dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon hot chocolate mix
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 to 1.50 cups ice
- 1/2 cup cold heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Finely chop the dark chocolate and melt it in the microwave or using a double boiler.
