A keto-friendly, nut-free, and seed-free latte with a spicy kick to encourage fat-burning and hormone-balancing.
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups brewed coffee or tea
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins Marine Collagen (10 grams)
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric powder (2 grams)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (2 grams)
- 1/2 teaspoon maca powder, optional (1 gram)
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder (0.5 grams)
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened full-fat coconut milk (30ml)
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil (15ml)
- 1 tablespoon cacao butter or coconut oil (15 grams)
- 1-2 drops alcohol-free stevia
Instructions
- In a high-powered blender, combine brewed coffee or tea, turmeric, cinnamon, maca powder, chili powder, coconut milk, MCT oil, cacao butter, and stevia.
- Blend on high for 1 minute.
- During the last 10 seconds of blending, add the marine collagen.
- Transfer the blended mixture to a cup and enjoy.
