Ingredients

  • Salt
  • Chili powder
  • Lime wedge
  • 1.50 oz tequila
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1.50 oz lime juice
  • 0.50 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz agave nectar
  • 4-6 oz Corona Extra

Instructions

  1. Mix 2 parts salt and 1 part chili powder on a small plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and dip the rim in the chili salt. Set aside.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice, lemon juice, and agave nectar.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice, leaving some room, and shake until chilled, about 15 seconds.
  4. Strain the margarita into the prepared glass and top with 4-6 ounces of Corona Extra.
  5. Add fresh ice and garnish with a lime wedge. Cheers!
