Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Cherry liqueur
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz egg white
  • 0.50 oz sugar syrup
  • 5 cherries (fresh or frozen) + extra for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, muddle the cherries to extract the juice.
  2. Add the gin, cherry liqueur, lemon juice, and sugar syrup to the shaker.
  3. If not already prepared, separate the egg white from the yolk and add it to the shaker.
  4. Dry shake (shake with no ice) for about 20 seconds.
  5. Stop and add ice to the shaker, then shake for another 20 seconds to create a frothy foam.
  6. Strain and serve the cocktail in a glass, garnished with cherries.
