Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. light rum
- 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz. Amaro Montenegro
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- 1 fresh egg white
- 3 oz. chilled tonic water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except tonic water in a shaker without ice.
- Shake to combine, then add ice and shake vigorously until the mixture is chilled and foamy.
- Pour chilled tonic water into a Collins glass.
- Strain the cocktail into the glass until the liquid reaches half an inch below the rim.
- Allow the foam to settle completely, then finish straining the remainder of the cocktail into the glass.
