  • 1.70 oz Bacardi Spiced Rum
  • 2.50 oz pineapple juice
  • 2.50 oz ginger beer
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Fresh lime wedges, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pre-chill a highball glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  2. Fill the glass with ice, preferably chunky square ice for a visually appealing presentation.
  3. Pour Bacardi Spiced Rum, pineapple juice, 2.5 oz of ginger beer, and Angostura Bitters into the glass.
  4. Gently stir the ingredients to combine them.
  5. Top the cocktail with the remaining 2.5 oz of ginger beer.
