Ingredients

  • 1 oz Contratto Bitter
  • 1 oz tequila
  • 1/4 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz vanilla syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 drops 18.21 Tart Cherry & Saffron Bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake without ice (dry shake).
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake until well chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
