Ingredients
- 2 tbsp candy corn
- 3 oz vodka
- 3 tbsp pineapple juice
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tsp candy corn sprinkles
- 1 tsp corn syrup
Instructions
- Place the candy corn in a Mason jar and pour in the vodka. Let it sit for two days to infuse.
- Line a cocktail shaker with cheesecloth and strain the candy corn-infused vodka into the shaker.
- Spread corn syrup on a plate and dip the rim of a martini glass in it, then dip the rim into the candy corn sprinkles.
- Pour the infused vodka into the prepared martini glass.
- Using an upside-down spoon, gently pour the pineapple juice over the infused vodka to create the second layer.
- Repeat the layering process with the heavy cream to form the third layer.
