Ingredients

  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz pineapple vodka
  • 1/2 cup - 1 cup mostly melted orange sherbet
  • whipped cream, for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine the pineapple juice and vodka in a glass.
  2. Using a large spoon, pour the mostly melted orange sherbet over the back of the spoon, allowing it to gently layer itself on top of the juice.
  3. Top with desired amount of whipped cream.
