Ingredients

  • 1 cactus pear
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp Metaxa or other fine cognac
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Peel the cactus pear and chop it into chunks.
  2. Place the cactus pear chunks in a blender and puree until smooth.
