- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla ice cream (softened)
- 1/4 tsp apple pie spice
- 1/2 oz gold rum (or spiced rum)
- 1 oz boiling apple cider
- Whipped cream (for serving)
- Ground cinnamon and cinnamon stick (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Stir in the brown sugar and powdered sugar until well blended.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the softened ice cream and apple pie spice.
