Bubbly Chartreuse Fizz

Ingredients
- 1 sugar cube
- Angostura bitters
- 2 oz Cognac
- 2 oz Champagne
- 1/4 oz Chartreuse liqueur
Instructions
- Place a sugar cube in a coupe glass and soak it with Angostura bitters.
