Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chilled espresso
  • 3 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 2 1/2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • Coffee ice cubes (freeze cold coffee in ice cube trays)
  • 2 tbsp ground espresso beans (for the rims)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place 1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk on a saucer.
  2. Mix the ground espresso and cinnamon on another saucer.
  3. Dip the rims of the glasses into the sweetened condensed milk, then roll in the ground espresso beans and cinnamon mixture.
  4. In a shaker, combine the chilled espresso, dark rum, coconut rum, remaining sweetened condensed milk, and coffee ice cubes.
  5. Shake well.
  6. Divide the cocktail between two glasses.
  7. Add more coffee ice cubes as needed.
