Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chilled espresso
- 3 oz dark rum
- 1 oz coconut rum
- 2 1/2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- Coffee ice cubes (freeze cold coffee in ice cube trays)
- 2 tbsp ground espresso beans (for the rims)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Place 1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk on a saucer.
- Mix the ground espresso and cinnamon on another saucer.
- Dip the rims of the glasses into the sweetened condensed milk, then roll in the ground espresso beans and cinnamon mixture.
- In a shaker, combine the chilled espresso, dark rum, coconut rum, remaining sweetened condensed milk, and coffee ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Divide the cocktail between two glasses.
- Add more coffee ice cubes as needed.
