Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
- 1/2 ounce House Spirits coffee liqueur
- 1/2 ounce heavy cream
- 1/2 ounce orgeat
- Chilled club soda, to top
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine bourbon, coffee liqueur, heavy cream, and orgeat.
- Dry-shake vigorously for 10 seconds without ice.
- Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a Collins glass.
- Fill the glass with chilled club soda, pouring from about 6 inches above to create a foam.
- After a few seconds, add another splash of soda to lift the foam above the top of the glass.
- Serve with a straw.
