Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
  • 1/2 ounce House Spirits coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce heavy cream
  • 1/2 ounce orgeat
  • Chilled club soda, to top

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine bourbon, coffee liqueur, heavy cream, and orgeat.
  2. Dry-shake vigorously for 10 seconds without ice.
  3. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass.
  5. Fill the glass with chilled club soda, pouring from about 6 inches above to create a foam.
  6. After a few seconds, add another splash of soda to lift the foam above the top of the glass.
  7. Serve with a straw.
