Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy
  • 1/2 oz. Creme de Cacao Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Kahlua
  • 2-3 Cherries
  • 1 tbsp Double Cream
  • Grated Chocolate or Cocoa Powder for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place a cherry into each cocktail glass.
  2. Add ice to a cocktail shaker or jug, then pour in the bourbon, cherry brandy, creme de cacao liqueur, and Kahlua.
  3. Stir the mixture for 20 seconds.
  4. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glasses.
  5. Carefully float a little double cream over the top of each cocktail.
  6. Sprinkle with grated chocolate or a little sieved cocoa powder.
