Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz Dolin blanc vermouth
  • 1/2 oz Dolin dry vermouth
  • 2 dashes absinthe
  • 2/3 oz water

Instructions

  1. Combine the gin, vodka, blanc vermouth, dry vermouth, absinthe, and water in a 1-liter swing-top bottle using a small funnel.
  2. Seal the bottle and gently mix the ingredients by turning it end over end.
  3. Chill the bottle in the freezer for at least 2-4 hours before serving.
  4. To serve, gently mix the cocktail in the bottle, then pour it into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
  5. Add 3 dashes of bitters to the drink and serve immediately.
  6. If not serving all the cocktails right away, return the bottle to the freezer.
