Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream soda (chilled)
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch schnapps
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla vodka
  • 2 tablespoons butterscotch syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon artificial vanilla
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter extract
  • 1 tablespoon salted caramel topping (or butterscotch syrup)

Instructions

  1. In a medium pitcher, carefully pour chilled cream soda followed by butterscotch schnapps, vanilla vodka, butterscotch syrup, artificial vanilla, and slowly stir to dissolve butterscotch syrup.
  2. Store the mixture in the fridge while preparing the topping.
  3. In a large bowl, combine heavy whipping cream and butter extract and beat with a hand mixer until whipped cream is formed.
  4. Pour the cocktail into a glass, leaving room for the topping.
