Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup ice cubes
  • 3 1/3 oz lychee in light syrup, undrained
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp unfiltered sake
  • 1/2 tbsp Japanese whisky such as Suntory(r)
  • 1/8 tsp Coconut Extract
  • 2 maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except maraschino cherries in a blender container.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Add cherries and blend until the mixture turns pink and the cherries are finely chopped.
  4. Pour into a beverage glass and serve immediately.
  5. Garnish as desired.
