Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Effen vodka
  • 1/2 oz blue curaçao
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz spiced simple syrup (made with 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 1 cinnamon stick, 4 whole cloves, freshly grated nutmeg, and a couple of pieces of lemon peel)
  • 2 dashes plum bitters (or Angostura orange bitters)
  • 2 dashes saline solution (1:1 salt:water)
  • 3/4 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Combine Effen vodka, blue curaçao, lemon juice, spiced simple syrup, bitters, saline solution, and ice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a rocks glass.
