Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces of Beefeater gin
  • 1/4 ounce of crème de violette
  • 3/4 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce of simple syrup
  • 3 drops of orange flower water
  • Blue curaçao, for layering
  • Edible flower petals, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker with ice, combine the Beefeater gin, crème de violette, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Add the orange flower water to the shaker.
  3. Shake the ingredients vigorously until well-chilled.
  4. Double-strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
