Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Irish whiskey
  • Whipped cream
  • Small piece of chocolate
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium low heat, warm the heavy cream, chocolate syrup, coffee granules, and salt, whisking until smooth.
  2. Transfer the cream mixture to a blender, add the remaining heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Pulse until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. With the blender running, slowly pour in the whiskey to avoid curdling. Transfer the mixture to a pitcher and refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour.
