Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Kahlua
  • 1/2 oz Galliano
  • 1 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream (or any other cream liqueur)
  • Hot Dark Roast Coffee
  • Cinnamon sugar and Star Anise for garnish (optional)
  • 1 cup (8 oz) 35% whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp (0.5 oz) Galliano Liqueur (can be substituted with any other liqueur)

Instructions

  1. In a stand-up mixer or using a hand mixer, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
  2. Add powdered sugar and Galliano Liqueur to the whipped cream and continue whipping until it forms stiff peaks.
  3. In a heat-proof glass or mug, add Kahlua, Galliano, and Baileys.
  4. Top up with hot coffee and add dollops of whipped cream.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and garnish with star anise if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy the blissful flavors.
