Ingredients

  • 6 fresh blackberries
  • 3 oz mezcal
  • 1.25 oz crème de mure (blackberry liqueur)
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 2 oz fresh lemon juice (from 1 to 2 lemons)
  • 0.50 oz orange bitters
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Gently muddle the blackberries at the bottom of a large pitcher.
  2. Add the mezcal, crème de mure, Aperol, lemon juice, and bitters, stirring to mix.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
