Ingredients
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- Ice, as desired
- Fresh blackberries, as desired
- 4 oz Prosecco
- 1 1/4 oz Pimm's No. 1
Instructions
- In a small pot over medium heat, combine the blackberries, sugar, and water.
- Bring to a boil, then let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Strain the syrup through a sieve and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until completely chilled.
- Half-fill a large wine glass with ice and a few fresh blackberries.
- Pour the chilled blackberry syrup over the ice and blackberries.
- Add the Prosecco and Pimm's No. 1 to the glass.
- Stir gently with a spoon.
