Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz. Vodka
  • 1/2 oz thyme simple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Spindrift Blackberry sparkling water
  • Fresh blackberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare thyme simple syrup by boiling sugar and water with a few sprigs of thyme, then let it cool.
  2. Muddle blackberries in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add ice, lemon juice, vodka, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  4. Shake vigorously, then pour over fresh ice in a tall glass.
  5. Top with Spindrift Blackberry sparkling water.
  6. Garnish with a fresh sprig of thyme.
