Ingredients

  • 3 dashes Root bitters
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice
  • 0.75 oz Honey syrup or yellow chartreuse
  • 1 bar spoon Activated charcoal
  • 1.50 oz Mezcal
  • 1 Egg white
  • Lime wheel (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a shaking glass with ice, combine root bitters, lime juice, honey syrup or yellow chartreuse, activated charcoal, mezcal, and one egg white.
  2. Shake the mixture well.
  3. Remove the ice and shake again.
  4. Strain the mix into a glass and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
