Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes grapefruit bitters (optional)
  • 1 dash lavender bitters (optional)
  • 1 egg white
  • Garnish: dehydrated orange chip

Instructions

  1. Combine Aperol, gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, bitters, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add two cubes of ice and shake for 30 seconds.
  3. Fill with ice and shake for 10-12 more seconds.
  4. Double strain into a chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a dehydrated orange chip.
