Ingredients

  • 2 strawberries
  • 2 raspberries
  • 1 blackberry
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 1 lemon peel
  • 1 oz lemon tea
  • 1 oz hibiscus tea
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz rich simple syrup (2 parts sugar to 1 part water by weight or volume)
  • ginger beer
  • 1 sprig mint, for garnish
  • powdered sugar, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker tin, muddle the strawberries, raspberries, blackberry, mint leaves, and lemon peel.
  2. Add the lemon tea, hibiscus tea, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Shake the cocktail vigorously for a short duration.
  4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
