Ingredients
- 1/2 Lime (fresh), chopped
- 3 teaspoons Caster sugar (white)
- 3 Raspberries (fresh)
- 2 Blackberries
- 3 Blueberries (fresh)
- 1 ripe Strawberry (hulled, small)
- 2 oz Cachaça (chilled)
Instructions
- Cut the lime into half-moon segments and place them in a sturdy rocks glass.
- Add caster sugar and muddle with the lime to dissolve the sugar.
- Muddle the mixed berries with the lime and sugar until the fruit juices are fully extracted.
- Transfer the muddled fruit and sugar into a serving glass.
- Pour the chilled cachaça into the rocks glass and swirl to rinse before pouring it into the serving glass. Stir well to mix all the ingredients.
- Crack four to five large ice cubes using an ice tapper and drop them into the serving glass. Stir before topping with more ice and serve with a stirrer.
