Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 oz. Gordon's Premium Pink berry- or rhubarb-flavored gin
  • 3 raspberries, plus 1 extra to garnish, if desired
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
  • 1 tsp sugar syrup (optional)
  • ice
  • champagne or prosecco, to top up
  • edible flower petals, to garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the Gordon's Premium Pink gin, raspberries, pink grapefruit juice, and sugar syrup, if using, along with a handful of ice.
  2. Shake the mixture until the outside of the shaker feels ice-cold.
  3. Double-strain the drink into a champagne flute or coupe glass.
  4. Top up the glass with champagne or prosecco.
  5. Drop in a raspberry or garnish with edible flower petals.
