Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces apple brandy
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 ounce blackberry shrub
- Crushed ice
- Fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the blackberries, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt in a nonmetal bowl; refrigerate for 1 to 2 days.
- Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a container, pressing the blackberries to extract all liquid.
- Store the shrub in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
