Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/8 cup sugar
  • 3/8 cup mixed berries
  • Ice
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 1 large egg white

Instructions

  1. To make the berry syrup, blend water, sugar, and mixed berries until smooth, then strain the mixture and refrigerate.
  2. Chill a coupe glass.
  3. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, lemon juice, 1 ounce of the berry syrup, heavy cream, and egg white. Shake vigorously.
  4. Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
  5. Return the drink to the shaker without ice and shake vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Pour the mixture back into the coupe glass and serve immediately.
