Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 1/2 oz pisco
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz banana liqueur (Giffard Banane du Brésil)
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and shake vigorously without ice (whip shake).
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a few dashes of Angostura bitters.
