Autumn Spice Delight

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Splash of Kahlúa Pumpkin Spice
- Ice
- 2 oz Kahlúa Pumpkin Spice
- 1 oz spiced rum
- 1 oz half & half
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- Whipped Cream
- Cinnamon Stick
- Pumpkin Pie Spice
Instructions
- Mix the sugar and pumpkin spice on a wide plate.
- Add a splash of Kahlúa Pumpkin Spice to another plate.
- Dip the rim of a martini glass first in the Kahlúa, then in the sugar mixture, gently twisting to coat the edge.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Kahlúa, rum, half & half, and pumpkin puree. Shake well.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
- Optionally, garnish the cocktail with whipped cream, a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, and a cinnamon stick.
