Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fig preserves
- 1/4 ounce peated Scotch (preferably Ardbeg)
- 1 1/2 ounces Dewars 12 blended Scotch
- 1/2 ounce Briottete fig liqueur
- 3/4 ounce ginger honey
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 1 pinch Maldon smoked salt
Instructions
- Stir together fig preserves and peated Scotch in a cocktail shaker or mixing tin.
- Add the Dewars 12 blended Scotch, fig liqueur, ginger honey, lemon juice, and a pinch of Maldon smoked salt to the shaker.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake well.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
