Ingredients

  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz. Grand Marnier
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 teaspoon orange marmalade

Instructions

  1. Combine London dry gin, fresh lemon juice, and Grand Marnier in a large pitcher; chill until very cold.
  2. Mix the egg white in a small jar; chill until cold.
  3. For each cocktail, shake the gin mixture, egg white, and orange marmalade in a cocktail shaker until very frothy, about 1 minute.
  4. Fill with ice, shake until outside is frosty, about 30 seconds.
  5. Strain into a coupe glass.
