Ingredients
- 2 1/4 oz. London dry gin
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz. Grand Marnier
- 1 large egg white
- 1 teaspoon orange marmalade
Instructions
- Combine London dry gin, fresh lemon juice, and Grand Marnier in a large pitcher; chill until very cold.
- Mix the egg white in a small jar; chill until cold.
- For each cocktail, shake the gin mixture, egg white, and orange marmalade in a cocktail shaker until very frothy, about 1 minute.
- Fill with ice, shake until outside is frosty, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
