Ingredients

  • 1/8 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 3/4 tbsp caramel syrup
  • 2 oz Champagne

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Dip the rim of a champagne flute into a small amount of caramel syrup, then press it into the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Allow it to dry upside down.
  3. In a separate glass, combine the apple juice and caramel syrup.
  4. When ready to serve, pour the apple caramel mixture into the prepared champagne flute, filling it about 1/3 full.
  5. Top off the glass with champagne and serve immediately. Enjoy responsibly!
