Ingredients

- 2 drops Angostura Bitters
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz lime juice
- 1 egg white
- 6 ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a shaker or blender, combine the pisco, simple syrup, lime juice, and egg white.
- Add ice cubes if using a shaker, or blend for 5 seconds if using a blender.
- Shake for 10 seconds if using a shaker.
