Ingredients
- 2 oz pisco
- 2 drops Angostura Bitters
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz lime juice
- 1 egg white
- 6 ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a shaker or blender, combine the pisco, simple syrup, lime juice, and egg white.
- Add ice cubes, if desired.
- Shake for 10 seconds or blend for 5 seconds until well combined.
- Strain the mixture into a glass, filling it halfway, then pause and complete filling the other half.
- Garnish the top of the glass with two drops of Angostura Bitters.
