Ingredients

  • 2 oz pisco
  • 2 drops Angostura Bitters
  • 2 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz lime juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 6 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker or blender, combine the pisco, simple syrup, lime juice, and egg white.
  2. Add ice cubes, if desired.
  3. Shake for 10 seconds or blend for 5 seconds until well combined.
  4. Strain the mixture into a glass, filling it halfway, then pause and complete filling the other half.
  5. Garnish the top of the glass with two drops of Angostura Bitters.
