Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 lemon peel
- 1 orange peel
- 2 oz. amaretto (such as Caffo)
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- Angostura bitters (for serving)
- Cocktail cherry for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large cocktail shaker, combine the egg white, lemon peel, orange peel, amaretto, and fresh lemon juice.
- Seal the shaker and shake vigorously without ice for 30 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Unseal the shaker, add ice, and shake vigorously again until the shaker is well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a stemmed coupe glass.
- Dot the froth with Angostura bitters using a dropper.
