Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso
  • 2 teaspoons Xylitol (or preferred sweetener)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Brew the espresso and stir in the xylitol (or sweetener) and vanilla extract while it's hot.
  2. Allow the coffee mixture to cool for a few minutes.
  3. Fill a serving glass with ice cubes.
